The urban base map is a grey scale grid map of the city of Zurich, based on the data of the official survey. These are single sheets in scale 1:2'500. Perimeter: City of Zurich with surrounding area (old overview perimeter). **Purpose**: Serves as a background map for superimposed topics or as an overview map, both in printed and digital form. This dataset is specially designed for customer systems that cannot handle large grid mosaics.
