Les études d'assainissement concernant le bruit routier sont soumises aux procédures de suivi des projets d'assainissement du bruit routier (PAB). Ces études, géo-localisées dans le SITG, permettent de visualiser avec précision quels sont les projets répertoriés et à quelles routes cantonales ces procédures font référence. Les études diagnostiquent le bien-fondé de la pose de revêtements phonoabsorbants afin d'atténuer très significativement le bruit de friction avec la chaussée.
