Dataset description

Since the 2014 reporting year, key figures for new passenger car registrations have been evaluated by year and by canton. For each canton, key figures such as the number of registrations, share of all-wheel drive vehicles, share of electric vehicles, average fuel consumption, average unladen weight, average CO2 emissions and also, from 2017, average vehicle prices are shown. Legal basis: Energy Efficiency Ordinance (EnEO), Art. 11
