The Swiss Licht Gesellschaft (SLG) has collected annual sales figures for lamps and luminaires in Switzerland on behalf of the Federal Office of Energy (BFE) since 2015. The basis for the analysis is around 140 to 170 feedback from manufacturers and trade from the lighting industry in Switzerland. Figures are available for the first time in 2014. The statistics Licht-Markt Schweiz distinguish the bulbs and luminaires according to technology and type. From 2020 onwards, additional data on the sensors for lighting will be available. This supplementary statistics lighting sensor market Switzerland is also differentiated by type. It is partly based on the survey on the light market as well as on feedback from all sensNORM members, whereby all well-known sensor manufacturers are involved.
