Dataset description

The feature class includes postal towns and postcode regions. Towns can have multiple postcodes, conversely, multiple towns can use the same postcode. The boundaries of towns generally follow the municipal boundaries, but may also differ from them in detail. This feature class provides for all address points in the canton name of the village, postal code, postcode additional numbers, order number of the post office and BFS number of the municipality.
