The contribution is calculated from the deficit attributable to the municipalities and is proportionally according to offer (number of departures, Ant. 80 %) and the absolute, adjusted tax force (Ant. 20 % distributed. The municipal contribution is measured by the number of inhabitants at the end of the previous year.
