The Networking of Biodiversity Support Areas (BFF) aims to support operators who want to upgrade their BFF as part of a project jointly realised with neighbouring farms. The networking of natural habitats of the native flora and fauna can fulfil the following functions: Cover their vital needs (food, retreat, place of reproduction, etc.) for successful development and dissemination; Allow for seasonal migration. New areas are populated, different populations are mixed (genetic diversity) and thus the long-term survival of animal and plant species is ensured.
