The Department of Parenthood and Maintenance (FEU) is a city centre for social services for matters relating to paternity, maintenance and parental rights. As a counselling centre for unmarried and divorced parents, the FEU provides comprehensive information and advice on all matters relating to the establishment of the child relationship, the regulation of maintenance and parental care. It is a triage point for questions of education, care and livelihoods.
