Dataset description
The basic plan of official surveying (BP-AV) is a uniform product throughout Switzerland and is automatically derived from official survey data. The exception is the representation of rocks: This comes directly from the map of Switzerland 1:25'000. The BP-AV is intended as a background plan in grid form, which can be superimposed with additional topics. Measuring range: 1:2'500 for urban, heavily condensed zones 1:5'000 for the remaining regions 1:10'000 for mountain areas — black and white or coloured — digital or on paper — not generalised; depending on the scale chosen, objects for official surveying are omitted.
