Orthophoto 2007 City of Zurich — Spring

An orthophoto is an equal photograph. The photos were produced with a pixel size of 10 cm. **Purpose**: With the orthophotos, many details at terrain level can be digitised and evaluated directly from the photo, which means that complex field shots can be significantly reduced for many projects. In problem areas such as impact shadows or tree stands, the stereo model is also suitable for evaluations. A combination with the dataset of official surveying, or other digital data sets, further expands the usefulness and information content of the orthophoto. In order to keep the amount of data for larger cutouts as small as possible, reduced versions were created.
