Dataset description

The discharge system sub-plan is one of three sub-plans (cf. subplan Heat Reduction and Cold Air System subplane), which together form the heat reduction plan for technical planning. Free space categories (discharge spaces) are shown. These are elements of the discharge system. Summer-cooled open spaces should be accessible, for example, at short distances or on pleasant climatic paths. This climate-optimised free space network (discharging system) is specially developed for hotspots. Hotspots are areas that are exposed to high heat stress due to their location and urban structure, with high population density and sensitive uses. From the point of view of technical planning, the designated city-owned plants and objects exhibit heat reduction potentials for future urban climate optimisation. Sustainable solutions can be found especially in civil engineering and civil engineering in the subsequent planning processes. NOTE: In the context of STRB No. 178/2020, the technical planning heat reduction including sub-plans replaces the planning bases and recommendations adopted in the framework of the CLAZ 2011 with STRB No 1384/2011. **Purpose**: The discharge system sub-plan is primarily aimed at the public sector, which aims to produce the climate-optimised free space network as far as possible over the coming years. Reference scale is 1:15 000.
