Evaluations from the manual change statistics. There are three different price ranges available: a) Price per m² of land area, b) Price per m² of land area less insurance value (=approximate value for land price), c) Price per m² apartment area for purchases of property. The prices are differentiated by city quarter and type of zone, but also available aggregated (for whole city and city districts as well as for the total of all types of zones). In addition to the median price, the number of hand changes is also shown. For correct understanding of the data, please refer to the further explanations listed below in the section **“Remarks”**.
