Representative selection from the collection “Ceramic & Glass” of the Swiss National Museum

Vessel and Figure Ceramics: The collection includes medieval vascular ceramics, as well as vessels made in Switzerland and used in Switzerland, as well as figurines, sculptures and reliefs from the 18th century to the present day. One focus is on the figure work of the Zürcher Porzellanmanufaktur. Glass: The glass collection mainly includes hollow glasses, drinking glasses, bottles and crockery as well as special shapes from the late Middle Ages to the present day.
