Dataset description

These data include the median prices per square meter of residential area of apartments traded in free hand purchases in the condominium in the city of Zurich according to hand change year and type of zone. Due to the introduction of the new construction and zone regulations in November 2018, the time series will not start until December 2018. For correct understanding of the data, please refer to the further explanations listed below in the section **“Remarks”**.
