The water use strategy was developed by the Office for Water and Waste (AWA) of the Canton of Bern. For the year 2035, the Canton of Bern formulates the following vision: The use of water is carried out with a systematic consideration of all interests. Part of the vision is that everyone involved accepts the user’s claims and the protection claim of the waters.
