In some cases, the issue of appointment (refusal of appointment), termination, renewal of housing subsidies, state social assistance to low-income families, assistance for living for internally displaced persons, temporary state social assistance to a disabled person who has reached the general retirement age, but has not acquired the right to pension payments.
