Cancer Registration: Incidence, treatment and survival time of lung sarcomatoid cancer in England (2004-2017)

Public Health England. https://doi.org/10.25503/7yv2-wa53 This data set contains patient level data for sarcomatoid lung cancer in England between the years 2004 to 2017. Cancers included in the dataset are: lung (C34) with the following five histological subtypes: Pleomorphic carcinoma (ICD-0) 8022/3, Giant cell carcinoma 8031/3, Spindle cell carcinoma 8032/3, Carcinosarcoma 8980/3 and Pulmonary blastoma 8972/3. Whenever it is possible and practicable to do so, data released by PHE will be anonymous and made available under an Open Government License. To render the data anonymous it must be stripped of direct identifiers and privacy by design methods applied in line with the rules layed out in the ISB Anonymisation Standard for Publishing Health and Social Care Data Specification (2013).
