Anonymised data on cases resolved by CICA from April 2013 to March 2014 Claims are assessed against the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme in use at the time of the application. Injuries which appear in the dataset fewer than three times have been redacted as publishing this data could lead to the identification of one of our applicants. Please note where an award has been made for more than one injury, only the main injury is listed.
