Dataset description

The council is required by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as revised by the Housing and Planning Act 2016) to prepare a Brownfield Land Register (BLR). The content of the BLR is prescribed by The Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017. The Regulations require that the Register is initially published by December 31st 2017 at the latest and updated at least annually. From 1 April 2020 Aylesbury Vale District is part of the unitary authority Buckinghamshire Council
