Modelled population backseries

These modelled annual population estimates were created by the GLA demography team as inputs to the [2021-based interim projections](https://data.london.gov.uk/demography/population-and-household-projections/). They are intended to provide a consistent series of annual population and components of change between the official 2011 and 2021 estimates. A technical note and accompanying code detailing the methodology used to create these estimates is planned for release in the coming weeks.
