A names and codes of sustainability and transformation partnerships (STP) in England as at 14 February 2017. Please note the change in name from plan footprints to partnerships. Therefore these two STPs have new codes: </span><font color='#333333' face='Lucida Grande, Segoe UI, Arial, sans-serif'>E54000045 (Durham, Darlington, Teesside, Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby) and E54000046 (Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Durham).
