Dataset description

The data measures the number and percentage of people in different ethnic groups in England, Scotland and Wales who are unemployed. Percentages are worked out using the economically active population (people aged 16 and over who are employed or unemployed). The data is also analysed by ethnicity and each of gender, age, area and over time. The figures come from the Annual Population Survey and are published on 'Ethnicity facts and figures'.
