Gender Pay Gaps in London

<p>This dataset contains gender pay gap figures for the GLA, large employers in London and estimates for all employees in London.</p> <p>The gender pay gap is the difference in the average hourly wage of all men and women across a workforce. If women do more of the less well paid jobs within an organisation than men, the gender pay gap is usually bigger.</p> <p>The UK government <a href="https://gender-pay-gap.service.gov.uk/" target="_blank">publish gender pay gap figures</a> for all employers with 250 or more employees.
