Dataset description
This map of subtidal benthic stands in the Morlaix sector is the result of the processing, analysis and aggregation of REBENT campaign data between 2008 and 2010.
Two cross-sources of data acquisition were used: an on-board acoustic system (multibeam sounder) and towed (side-scan sounder), allowing the definition of first classes of acoustic signatures, corresponding to morpho-sedimentary units, supplemented by dump sampling campaigns (biological sedimentary samples) and video profiles.
