Dataset description
Public planning data compiled by the Land Board. The data have been transmitted to the Land Board by local governments or received via the spatial data service of the National Planning Database (PLANK). The digital layers of the detailed and comprehensive plan are presented in the service unaltered. In addition, the service includes digitised layers (parcels, building areas) for the regular assessment of land, the correctness of which has been verified by the local government.
The layers of the detailed plan are:
public use area, landscaping, building area, public access, area with environmental condition, plot, cube, land improvement area, facility, need for servitude, need for acquisition in public interest, utility network and utility works, conditioned area, location of roads and streets.
The layers of the comprehensive plan are:
an area subject to the obligation to organise an architectural competition, an area subject to the obligation to prepare a detailed plan, public access, the location of a building permanently connected to the shore or functionally linked to the shore, an area with environmental condition, cultural heritage of local importance, nature conservation of local importance, land use management, land improvement area, other areas and objects outside the planning regulation, location of a building with significant spatial impact, recreation and recreation area, bathing area, green network area, the need for acquisition in the public interest, the modification of the construction zone of the beach and shore, the location of the waste treatment facility, the location of the utility network and utility works, the area subject to conditions, the location of the transport network, valuable landscape, environmental value area, valuable agricultural land, green areas throughout the scope of the comprehensive plan, a valuable viewing point and corridor, a water intake with a sanitary protection area, a flooded area.
In the case of detailed planning areas, there are two layers in the service. The first is a layer prepared by the Land Board itself — a detailed plan plan, where the aim is to achieve a topologically correct layer (detail_plan_monitoring plan) without overlapping. This is an informative layer — the Land Board’s own product and does not have legal significance and is not in conformity with the boundaries of detailed plans established by the local authority stored in the PLANK database. The second part of the planning area boundary (detail_plan_area) in the set of layers of drawings of the detailed plan has been created by the drafter of the plan, is legally binding, but it may not take into account other planning areas located in the neighbourhood and may therefore include areas for which the plan solution was not established. This data has been transmitted (detail_plan_area) to the land cadastre registrar by local governments or received via the spatial data service of the National Planning Database (PLANK).
