Presented data is the result of the analysis of morphology of sintered ceramic funnels. The funnels were one of the selected substrates for chemical functionalisation in order the enhance them with antibacterial properties. The goal of the NCN project (2020/04/X/ST5/00127) described here was to obtain rigid antibacterial materials. The ceramic funnels are commercial products and were obtained from ChemLand company (Poland). The chemical functionalisation attaches antibacterial ions, copper ions in this case, to their surface with the use of chemical chains. This type of attaching ensures the ions will not be easily released to the environment. Prior to functionalisation, however, the substrates were analysed in terms of porosity. In order to observe the size of the pores and grains in the structure of the funnels, computer tomography was used. It is worth pointing out that the morphology does not change after the functionalisation when observing with the used technique. The analyses were performed at the University of Miskolc in 3DLab - Infrastructure for Fine Structure Analysis (Miskolc, Hungary). The used apparatus, YXLON FF35 Computer Tomograph, was controlled by one of the super-users, Mr. Ádám Filep.
