How api.store handles visitor and lead data.

api.store is operated by Apitalks s.r.o. For privacy questions or GDPR requests, contact us at info@apitalks.com.

2. What we collect

• Request metadata. Infrastructure logs may include IP address, user agent, page URL, path, timestamp and basic security metadata.
• Contact and early-access submissions. When you submit an email address, we store the email address, page URL, path, selected source context and timestamp so we can reply and understand which API or dataset you asked about.
• API evaluation context. If you request access for a specific country, publisher or dataset, we may store that context with your request.

API availability and contact requests. When you ask about API availability or contact us through api.store, we may collect your email address, request text, page context and basic technical metadata so Apitalks can review and reply to the request. We may also send a confirmation or follow-up questions by email.

3. Infrastructure providers

We use infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare for traffic routing, security and edge services, and Hetzner for hosting. These providers may process request metadata or host systems that process submissions as part of operating the service.

4. Why we use the data

We use this data to operate api.store, protect the service, respond to requests, provide evaluation access, and discuss production API options. We do not sell visitor or lead personal data.

5. Dataset metadata

The catalog contains dataset and source metadata. That metadata is separate from visitor or lead data. Source publishers and their licenses remain authoritative for dataset content and reuse rights.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact info@apitalks.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
