These interim terms cover the public catalog, evaluation access and early production conversations. A separate production agreement may apply for paid or custom API services.

1. Who provides the service

api.store is operated by Apitalks s.r.o. The service helps users discover European data sources, evaluate API access and discuss production API options.

2. Catalog and source licenses

Catalog pages and metadata are provided for discovery and evaluation. Source publishers, source licenses and official source terms remain authoritative. Commercial use of data depends on the relevant source licenses and the dataset-specific terms.

3. Evaluation and production access

Selected APIs may include free evaluation access. Evaluation access is intended for testing coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit. Production use, SLA, history, push updates, stable identifiers or custom support may require a separate production agreement.

4. Acceptable use

As an acceptable use baseline, do not abuse, overload, probe, reverse engineer or interfere with api.store or its infrastructure. Do not use api.store to violate source licenses, applicable law or third-party rights.

5. No warranty

api.store is provided as-is. We work to keep the service useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that catalog metadata, source availability or third-party data is complete, current or error-free.

6. Governing law and contact
