Linköpings kommun har genomfört oberoende mätningar av mobilnätens täckningsgrad inom kommunens geografiska område. Mätningarna har genomförts under perioden juni - november 2015 och därefter kompletterats successivt i takt med att operatörerna meddelat att de byggt ut eller förändrat sina mobilnät. Vanligtvis sker kompletterande mätningar 2 gånger per år.
