Height grid is a ground model (DTM = Digital terrain model, which reports elevation data. The coordinate points in the grid file are based on data from airborne laser scanning over the city of Stockholm from 2017, 2018 and 2019 and interpolated to a grid with resolutions of 1 m, 5 m and 10 m. The point density of the original point cloud is at least 12 points/m² on the ground. The points have not been updated since they were created. This means that for areas where the soil has changed since the time of scanning, the coordinates of the points do not match. The points in the layer ‘Hidden ground’ show the interpolated ground height below existing buildings. That the heights are interpolated means that they are calculated heights from the surrounding known heights. The known heights are saturated around the building. The points in the warehouse ‘Dod water’ show the interpolated water height below existing bridges. That the heights are interpolated means that they are calculated heights from the surrounding known heights. The known heights are saturated around the bridges.
