Dataset description

An orthophoto of Stockholm consists of hundreds of aerial images. Aerial images are processed so that perspective and measurement errors are minimised to get a scalable image. The scalable images are then put together into a mosaic. Applications: Orthophotos can be used, for example, for planning and designing or visualisations. The different vintages can be used for comparison studies. They are also suitable for printing and can be co-presented with other map products. 900 m Resolution: 8 cm/pixelThe orthophoto is not so good because it does not have enough coverage, resulting in many inclined houses.
