Helsingborg is divided into a number of statistical domains, also called key code areas. For these areas, a large amount of statistics and planning data are produced. The statistical domain classification is progressively constructed using numerical codes in what are called B, C, D and E areas (where E-areas have a six-digit code and are the smallest unit while B-areas have a three-digit code and are the largest unit). The data set is divided into E-areas and can be aggregated to produce B, C and D areas.
