Digital representation of the completed and ongoing basic consolidation and land consolidation procedures in Tyrol. The state of play of the ongoing proceedings is available in the Soil Code Department. In order to create and maintain efficient agriculture, the ownership, use and management conditions in rural living and economic areas can be improved or redesigned by means of a merger procedure, by reassignment and development of agricultural and forestry land, as well as the legal and economic foundations of agricultural and forestry holdings. Land consolidation: Instead of a merger procedure, a land consolidation procedure may be carried out if the ownership, use or management conditions are improved or redesigned in a smaller area or in the case of a smaller number of agricultural or forestry holdings, or only by individual measures. The basic agricultural pools are assigned to the INSPIRE data topic of management areas/protected areas/regulated areas and reporting units (Annex III).
