Inspire WFS Service Basic Agricultural Mergers Tyrol

Digital presentation of the completed and ongoing basic consolidation and land consolidation procedures in Tyrol. The current status of the ongoing procedures is available in the Soil Regulations department. In the interests of the creation and maintenance of efficient agriculture, the ownership, use and management conditions in rural life and economy can be improved or redesigned in accordance with modern economic and economic aspects by means of a merger procedure, by reclassification and development of agricultural and forestry land, as well as the organisation of the legal and economic foundations of agricultural and forestry holdings. Floor cleaning: Instead of a merger procedure, a land consolidation procedure may be carried out if the ownership, use or management conditions in a smaller area or a smaller number of agricultural or forestry holdings are improved or redesigned only by individual measures. The basic agricultural mergings are assigned to the INSPIRE data topic Management Areas/Protected Areas/Regulated Areas and Reporting Units (Annex III).
