The layer comprises all reference parcels and landscape elements (landscape element layers) as defined by the paying agency Agrarmarkt Austria within the meaning of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 640/2014 and Regulation of the competent Federal Ministry laying down horizontal rules in the field of the common agricultural policy (Horizontal CAP Regulation): BGBl. II No 100/2015 Reference parcel: is the physical block that is clearly delimitable to the outside (e.g. forest, roads, water bodies) and formed by contiguous agricultural land recognisable in nature. Landscape element layer: Layers with the landscape features digitised in the GIS as a point or polygon as defined in Appendix 1 to the CAP Horizontal Regulation, located on, directly adjacent to or at a distance of no more than 5 m from a reference area. Coordinate system of the data in GeoPackage format: EPSG 31287. The dataset is provided annually in two stands. The summer database is marked with "YYYY-1" in the title, the winter revision with "YYYY-2".
