The layer comprises all reference parcels defined by the Paying Agency Agrarmarkt Austria and covered landscape elements (landscape element layers) within the meaning of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 640/2014 and Regulation of the competent Federal Ministry establishing horizontal rules in the field of the common agricultural policy (Horizontal CAP Regulation) StF: BGBl. II No 100/2015 Reference parcel: is the physical block, which is formed as clearly delimitable to the outside (e.g. forest, roads, waters) and by coherent agricultural areas that are recognisable in nature. Landscape element layer: Layer with the landscape features digitised in the GIS as a point or polygon as defined in Appendix 1 of the Horizontal CAP Regulation, located on, adjacent to or at a maximum distance of 5 m from a reference area. For technical reasons, the date of origin of the geometries for the data of the years 2015-2018 cannot be used reliably from a technical point of view.
