Die nachfolgenden Regelungen gelten für alle durch das Land Burgenland als Träger von Privatrechten gewährten Zusagen, Zuschüsse und weitere finanzielle Förderungen auf Grundlage der Zielsetzungen in den jeweiligen Aufgabenbereichen des Landes Burgenland - Amtes der Burgenländischen Landesregierung. Diese Richtlinien können nur für jene Förderprogramme bzw. Förderschienen zur Anwendung kommen, die unter keine anderen EU- bzw. landesrechtlichen Regelungen (Gesetz, Verordnung, spezifische Förderrichtlinien) zur Gewährung von Förderungen fallen. Die „Allgemeine Richtlinie für Förderungen“ (ARL-LB) dient somit der Qualitätssicherung der Förder- und Zuschussabwicklung des Landes Burgenlands als Träger von Privatrechten und erfüllt die Transparenzvorgaben bei der jeweiligen Gewährung.
