Special funding guidelines 2026 for the promotion of the refurbishment of homes, terraced houses and apartments in private residential construction for the phase-out of fossil fuels

The aim of this special funding directive is to create energy-efficient buildings in private residential buildings in Burgenland, as a basis for the phase-out of fossil fuels. This is done with particular regard to climate protection objectives, economic and environmental sustainability and affordability. In light of the very sharp rise in energy prices, this is intended to ensure the affordability of the basic need for housing and to ensure the achievement of the objectives of saving CO² emissions.
