In der Beobachtungsperiode 2024-25 lag der Fokus auf talnahen Quellen. Das Monitoring der Gsengquelle wurde fortgesetzt, wobei die Quelle während des Winters einfror und mehrmals austrocknete. Ab August stabilisierte sich Schüttung und Quellhabitat, Zweiflügler (Diptera) etablierten sich wieder. Die parthenogentische Köcherfliege (Plecotera) Apatania muliebris ist neu für die Steiermark. Neolimnomyia batava (Limoniidae) und Perla burmeisteriana (Plecoptera) sind neu für den Nationalpark Gesäuse. In the 2024-25 observation period, the focus was on springs close to the valley. Monitoring of the Gseng spring continued, but the spring froze and dried up several times during the winter. From August onwards, the fill and spring habitat stabilised, and two-winged insects (Diptera) re-established. The parthenogenic caddisfly (Plecotera) Apatania muliebris is new to Styria. Neolimnomyia batava (Limoniidae) and Perla burmeisteriana (Plecoptera) are new to the Gesäuse National Park.
