The information presented here is compiled by Rundfunk und Telekom Regels-GmbH on the basis of the authorisations granted under telecommunications law. Not all of the approved and illustrated transmitters are currently in operation, the authorisations of individual of the illustrated transmitters may not yet be legally binding due to ongoing appeal proceedings. The data is usually updated bi-weekly. Due to the extensive data material, accidents in data collection cannot be ruled out 100%. Therefore, no liability can be assumed for the correctness of the query results. It should also be noted that, in so far as radio and television programmes appear in the broadcasting register, only those which are under the legal supervision of KommAustria are displayed.
