Historical moorland cadastre 1911 Austria - Grid maps

Austria-wide mosaic of the composite folder sheets of the 1:75,000 special card (B/W) of the 3. Land survey (Franzisco-Josephische LA) with the coloured raised and low bogs of the historic moorland cadastre from 1911 on behalf of the k.k.Ackerbauministerium. The maps come from the three separate cartographic supplements of the publications (1) Evidence of the bogs in Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Styria, Carinthia, Carinthia, Carinthia, Tyrol and Moravia. 1911, Wilk, Zailer, Rieder (2) Moore Salzburgs, 1912, Schreiber and (3) Moore Vorarlbergs, 1910, Schreiber. Since the economic exploitation of peat was the main objective of the surveys, difficult-to-reach alpine locations were not recorded. Format: COGTIFF, approx. 6 GB (!)
