Protected areas according to the Nature Conservation and Landscape Development Act (§26) - This data set contains the following protected area categories: Nature Reserve, Protected Landscape Area, Protected Landscape Area, Plant Protection Area, Rest Area, Biosphere Park, Nature Park, Buffer Zone European Protected Area and Local Protected Area. The protection objectives as well as the orders and prohibitions of individual protected areas can be found in the legal information of the Federal Government (RIS).
