Synthetic ground-truth data for speckle tracking algorithms

This folder contains data and code accompanying the paper [1]. The database is composed of 105 simulated sequences, including: simulated texture from 7 vendors; 5 motion patterns; 3 probe orientations; For each sequence we provide: simulated B-mode data: path = "./data <vendor_id>/<view_id>/<motion_id>/im_sim.mat"; ground truth tracking: path = "./data/<vendor_id>/<view_id>/ <motion_id>/ground_truth.mat"; The following MATLAB scripts are provided to facilitate the use of the data: main_play_data.m: to play the simulated cine-loops as well as the ground truth tracking; main_compute_strain.m: to compute ground truth segmental strain.
