2021 census (total, male, female, age groups) at 1 km2 network level – WMS is a web survey service serving data from the 2021 Census of Population, Households and Dwellings. It is harmonised with the INSPIRE Directive and the NSDI Act (OG 56/13, 52/18, 50/20). The data provided are harmonised in accordance with the INSPIRE theme ‘Population distribution’ and are available for inspection at a 1 km square grid spatial level. The WMS service presents data in the form of a regular nationwide network distributed into strata relating to the total population, the total population by sex and the total population by age groups and sex. Each cell in the grid has its own value, and is symbolized by corresponding colors from lighter to darker with respect to population density. Darker cells indicate higher population density. Cells in which data are protected are marked in green because the occurrence is less than 4 statistical units. The letter D denotes protected cells.
