Fuel quality at petrol stations and warehouses

It is publicly available on the Agency’s website with the possibility of registering users at multiple levels. The database contains data on liquid petroleum fuels (quantities of liquid petroleum fuels put into circulation on the domestic market by type of fuel, individual entity and total), data on warehouse and/or service station owners, basic data on service stations and warehouses, and data on technical standards for environmental protection against emissions of volatile organic compounds resulting from the storage and distribution of petrol. The database also contains annual reports on the conducted tests of the quality characteristics of liquid petroleum fuels, data on the presence of the installed petrol vapour recirculation system during the refuelling of motor vehicles with petrol, as well as data on the results of the performance testing of the said system. Legal basis: Air Protection Act (OG 130/11, 47/14), Regulation on the quality of liquid petroleum fuels (OG 113/13, 76/14, 56/15), Regulation on technical standards for environmental protection against emissions of volatile organic compounds resulting from the storage and distribution of petrol (OG 135/06), Regulation on technical standards for environmental protection for the reduction of emissions of volatile organic compounds resulting from the refuelling of motor vehicles with petrol at service stations (OG 5/11) Data: Suppliers submit annual data to HAOP through electronic software (network application), which enables online data entry, processing and display, and the database is continuously updated. Target beneficiaries: Suppliers, Ministry of Environment and Energy, inspection services, Customs Administration, other administrative and public bodies and the scientific and professional public.
