Register of legal and natural persons – craftsmen engaged in the activity of importing/exporting and placing on the market controlled substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases, servicing, recycling and recovery of those substances licensed to carry out the activity of recovery, leakage checking, installation and servicing of the following devices and equipment containing or relying on controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases. List of legal and natural persons – craftsmen engaged in the activity of importing/exporting and placing on the market controlled substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases, servicing, recycling and recovery of these substances, kept by the Ministry of Environmental and Nature Protection. Legal basis: Air Protection Act (OG 130/11, 47/14), Regulation on substances that deplete the ozone layer and fluorinated greenhouse gases (OG 90/14). Target beneficiaries: Employees of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy and the Croatian Agency for Environment and Nature, inspection services, professional and other interested public.
