List of shares of members of the County Assembly owned by a business entity

On the basis of Article 4(3). the Act on the Prevention of Conflicts of Interest (Narodne Novine (NN; Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia) No 143/21) the member of the representative body shall be obliged in writing within 15 days of the entry into force of the duty or acquisition of shares to notify the President of the representative body if he or she has 5% or more; shares in the ownership of a business entity. Pursuant to Article 4(4) of that Act, the list of holdings referred to in paragraph 3 is to be published; and regularly updated on the website of the local and regional self-government unit. Article 5, paragraph 1, subparagraph 4) of the said Act provides that business entities companies, institutions and other legal persons and other entities of business relationships such as crafts, cooperatives, family farms and self-employed persons; and holders and members of other business entities established by law.
