I afgørelsesdatabasen finder du endvidere et bredt udvalg af Energitilsynets offentliggjorte afgørelser. Energitilsynet blev oprettet i 1976, og alle dets opgaver overgik til Forsyningstilsynet 1. juli 2018. Afgørelsesdatabasen udgør pt ikke nogen udtømmende historisk samling af Energitilsynets afgørelser. De ældste afgørelser i databasen stammer fra 1991, men langt hovedparten af dokumenterne er fra efter år 2000.
