Particularly valuable forest in nature

Naturally valuable forests are described in Section 25 of the Forests Act, which is why these forests are also referred to as Section 25 forests. In terms of natural value, forest contains natural values that go beyond the average and ordinary. It is forests that are of particular importance for preserving biodiversity in Denmark.
