Data set gives you an overview of the crises where the authority resolving the emergency (e.g. the police, the Rescue Board, the Health Board etc) proposes to open the crisis information line (via 1247); and the number, description and delivery rate of EE-ALARM threat alert messages that were sent to inform people in the crises area. In situations that can endanger the life and health of the people or the national security, Estonian Emergency Response Centre sends also an SMS (EE-ALARM threat alert message) to the people in the risk area.
